I started working on this collection during Bonnie Christine's Surface Design Immersion online course. I had several collection ideas I wanted to explore, but I chose this one because Iā€™d have the most fun drawing the motifs - start with fun! :D


There's something about using crayons to draw that brings me instantly back to childhood. ā€‹Carefree days scribbling happily away; the unrestrained and joyful feeling of drawing and creating freely. That is the feeling I wanted to (re)capture with this collection.
